It has been great to see parents helping out with some before school reading. Any time you can spare is always much appreciated.

Well do to everyone who put in a huge effort running the Arahoe School Cross Country today.
Fantastic effort!

Happy Birthday Nimisha.

A Happy Birthday to Nimisha who turned 7 today. Thank you very much for the cake and chocolates Nimisha.

Hi there,
As you all might be aware of now, the Ara Teina syndicate are currently focusing on being an eco friendly community and looking at our waste and what we can do with it.  I would really appreciate it if you could take a few minutes of your time with your child to fill out this survey we have created! It only has a 10 day lifespan so the sooner you do the survey the better :) We would really like to know how you and your child dispose of all your waste at home each day! We look forward to seeing your responses.
You can also take this survey via the link given: http://freeonlinesurveys.com/s.asp?sid=h2jbmb6sjuvxlhw479382

Cheers Nick

Our trip to the Transfer Station.

We had a great time learning about how important recycling is at the West Auckland Transfer station.

Special thanks to all those parents who were able to help out on the day.

Enoho ra

Enoho ra (good bye) for now Room 24 children and parents. It has been an absolute pleasure teaching such a wonderful bunch of children and I will miss you all.

I'll pop in and see you sometime soon. Be good to your new teacher!

True Colours Finale

All the colours of the rainbow were out in force on the dance floor for Ara Teina's dance interpretations to True Colours. The children did a wonderful job with so much talent... so many twinkle toes dancing their magic. We showed the sadness, craziness and happiness of such a lovely song.

Congratulations Room 24 children for being organised and knowing all your movements.
